What equipment might I need? Most of the routines are specifically made to use items you may already have at home. A fabric or rubber loop hip band. Some light weights and some long rubber bands. While stretch routines may include Tune Up balls or a foam roller. Other specific details will be attached in each program!
Can you tell us more about pilates? Well long story short pilates did start by a man named Joseph Pilates. It initially was made for himself but overtime and a war it became part for soldiers to rehabilitate. Once he came to New York that is where the ballet components started to get incorporated. Overall it is a very focused, controlled and breathing focused routine that helps alignment, engagement and movement.

How can I train in person with you? Our location currently is in Culver City, CA (Los Angeles) with a few international retreats in the Philippines for more culturally interested clients. Although in person helps many find and feel better it is also a unique experience where guidance is met weekly on a required basis.
